You simply need to enter the item number, for some types of Swatch Cards the versions (such as "uncut", "cut in stripes" or "cut in minis", etc.), as well as the quantity of the desired items. You can save this CSV file for repeat orders or copy and update it as needed for future orders. Uploading the contents of this file, and thus transferring them into the order module, is then done automatically via the "Upload import file" button. Afterwards, you confirm the visible entries as before by transferring the items to the cart. The item numbers are entered in the designated column exactly as described on the overview page for the different Swatch Cards.
- Column "itemnumber": Enter the item number exactly as described on the overview page for the different Swatch Cards.
- Column "quantity": Enter the quantity you wish to order per item.
- Column "version": For some Swatch Cards you can choose between different versions.
