Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized company with many years of experience in the field of specialised publications for textiles, fashion, color, graphic and product design, interior design, architecture, and lifestyle. In our market segments, we are valued and highly regarded by our customers because we place great importance on maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Your Responsibilities:

This interesting and dynamic position involves the following responsibilities, among others:
 · Advising and assisting customers and potential clients over the phone
 · Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships
 · Order entry, maintaining master data, and handling correspondence
 · Processing returns and refunds

Requirements:

You have the ability to convincingly present highly innovative technical publications, as well as to advise and inspire customers.

You are highly committed, resilient, reliable, a team player, and able to work independently. You are a quick learner and have a confident and engaging manner when interacting with our customers. Proficiency in standard MS Office programs is a given for you.

You have completed a business or comparable vocational training program and may also have sales experience. In addition to German, you speak English well. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
